Real estate for sale in Santa Monica can have all sorts of flavors – and these two need some love to bring them to glory. And look at the pricing! 749K and 699K – this is truly the low end of single family Santa Monica real estate for sale and an entry level starter home or potential flip for someone. Granted, you may have to do a 203K construction loan on them due to current conditions, and it gives you an “in” to great school districts and a lifestyle that for many is the lifestyle they will never leave.
