I went to the farmer’s market on Wednesday and was pleasantly suprised to find a new vendor: Charlie Graham from Santa Barbara. I haven’t had fresh lobster in a long time, so I splurged.

Needless to say, it was delicious. I split em down the length of their bodies, grilled on high heat meat side down first for two minutes, flipped them onto their shells and then filled the meat and shell up with garlic and butter until the meat was perfect – another 5 minutes.

He’s also got crab and Kellets Whelk which I may have to try the next time I find him. If you want to find him, he’ll be at
