On broker’s caravan, I saw a spec home with a flavor that is so unique, I just had to blog about it.  Its a modern contemporary with a farmhouse feel for just under 4 million in the Santa Monica Canyon.  What a Santa Monica house for sale!  If you have the means, go and check it out.  Or call me with that widget on the right side of the page and I can tell you more about it.

Farmhouse meets modern chic

It is designed by architect Bob Easton from Montecito and has the most amazing ceilings that soar into light.  It also has an open floor plan with extensive wood details from reclaimed timbers.  Of course, the gourmet kitchen and fine details throughout.  Boasting 4000 ft of living space on a 7100 lot with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

Check out those beams!

If you have the means, I recommend checking this one out, as its truly a unique Santa Monica home for sale.
